My House 3D 3.0 Profi

My House 3D – this is a Russian program for self-design of houses. You can create a floor plan of the building with an attic and a ground floor, attach a porch, staircase. Change the exterior and interior decoration at your discretion. The catalog has 1150+ materials and the ability to upload your photos of wallpaper, linoleum and other coatings.
The main functions of the program:
• Creation of a home of any kind. Software allows you to draw an arbitrary plan of the building or load your drawing. In the first case, you make a project from scratch and manually set the size, and in the second – import the photo or scan you have. Also in the catalog there are ready-made models of houses that can be taken as a template.
• Editing of each floor. The height of the walls and the thickness of the floors, the external finish can be installed for each floor separately. For example, the first floor can be covered with wood, and the second is covered with plaster. The color of the casings on the windows can also be made different.
• Creation of non-standard roofs. In the catalog of the program there are the most popular types of roofs: gable, pyramidal, flat, walm and others. However, the user can develop his project – change the angle, height of the skate, the size of the overhang, the color and texture of the roof. It is also possible to create a living room on the attic.
• Adding and editing of furniture. The collection features items for all rooms: hallway, bathroom, bedroom, children’s, kitchen, office, living room and gym. There is a set of lighting devices – chandeliers, bras, floor lamps. The design of all models is changing. Experiment with color and texture, replace fittings and decorative elements.
• Preparation of estimates on floors and rooms. You choose the categories that you need to include in the calculation: electrician, plumbing, flooring, heating, walls and so on. Enter the necessary works and materials, specify their number and price. The program will calculate the total cost, and you will be able to plan the budget.

The user with any level of skills will be able to work in the application. Interface in Russian, there are built-in hints for beginners. Some of them contain only text, and some also contain video instructions.
