Fontexpert – program for viewing fonts, printing, search, download and control font collections. The program also allows you to detect and solve problems with fonts TrueType, OpenType, PostScript formats. This utility displays the headsets of the installed fonts, and also allows you to scroll folders and preview the headsets of fonts on the hard drive on network devices, on CD or DVDs or diskettes. The font can be viewed as text formatted by the selected font, as a symbol table or font sample. You can choose the size of the font, its style and color.

The program can search fonts on local disks, CDs, or DVDs connected network devices. The fonts found can be placed in a special list for further work. The program can detect duplicates of fonts, spoiled and incomplete fonts. With the help of the program, you will easily find font problems, eliminate font name conflicts, delete records of non-existent fonts and optimize Windows. It has a multilingual interface with Russian language support.

Features of FontExpert:

• Viewing the fonts. FontExpert displays the headsets of the installed fonts, and also allows you to flift folders and preview the headsets of fonts located on the hard drive, on network devices, on CDs or DVDs or floppy disks. The font can be viewed as text formatted by the selected font, as a symbol table or font sample. You can choose the size of the font, its style and color.

The program can control the fonts that are in the standard Windows Fonts and Psfonts folders (used by Adobe Type Manager), so it is not necessary to remove the fonts of their standard folders (which some font management programs require).
• Catalization of fonts. Fonts can be placed in sets (groups), and then install or deactivate entire sets of fonts. The font group is a regular folder on the disk and can contain both the font itself and the label, which links the font located in another folder of the local computer disk or network device. Add fonts or links to fonts in a window with font groups can be dragged from other windows of the program or from Windows Explorer.
• Printing of fonts. FontExpert can print selected fonts. Fonts can be printed as a sheet of symbols, a set of rows of different sizes or headset names of dedicated fonts, both installed and not yet installed. Printing page can be customized, select the format of volunteers, for example, add the name of your campaign.
• View the properties of fonts. The program displays detailed information about the selected font, including font developer, copyright, TrueType tables, the number of ckerning pairs, the characteristics of Panose, Windows metrics and other parameters.
• Discovery and solution of font problems. With the help of the built-in “Doctor Kirillov” you will easily find problems with fonts, eliminate conflict of font names, delete records of non-existent fonts and optimize Windows.
• Add-off to the Windows shell. The program adds to the Windows Explorer Conductor Convert, Print, and Install from FontExpert for .ttf and .otf files. For these types of files, a property page with detailed font file details is also added. FontExpert extends the Windows shell with font control tools, resulting in easy to install or print the font displayed by Windows Explorer in your folders.
