It’s no secret that real-time technology is the hymen in the world of visualization. There are quite a lot of software products that gradually make photorealistic real-time presentations – reality, the most notable of which is the Unreal Engine. Looking at this, Chaos Group, the creators of Vray and Corona, decided that they should also go into real-time space with their own standalone software with RTX GPU, and they called it Chaos Vantage.

Software manufacturers claim that Vantage simplifies the import of Vray projects, providing a real connection between it and 3ds Max, and also makes the transfer of all resources (3D models, textures, lighting, popular scenarios, and so on) a simple process in one click. After transferring the project to Vantage, there is a need to configuring materials, lighting and other options. You need to move, then customize the publication parameters if necessary, and then you can start visualizing your project in real time.

After installing the program, you should have LiveLink buttons for your menu. Use them to export your scenes from Max to Vantage and if you want to export an animated camera, be sure to use the “Export and send the current animation range…”. Opening the application, you will find that the user interface is very intuitive and simple.
